What Should I Do Before My Treatment?
Depending on the treatment, you may be advised to avoid certain products or activities (e.g., exfoliating, tanning, or using certain skincare ingredients) in the days leading up to your appointment.
Is the Treatment Safe?
Safety is a priority. All treatments should be performed by licensed professionals, and it’s important to consult with the practitioner beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for your skin type and health.
How Do I Know Which Treatment Is Right for Me?
A consultation with a trained professional can help determine the best treatment based on your skin type, concerns, and goals.
Will There Be Any Discomfort or Pain During the Treatment?
Pain levels can vary depending on the treatment. For example, waxing can cause some discomfort, while facials are typically relaxing. Your aesthetician can provide more details on what to expect.
How Soon Can I See Results?
Some treatments, like facials, offer immediate results, while others, like microneedling or chemical peels, require a few sessions for visible improvements.
How Long Will the Results Last?
This varies based on the treatment. Facials may last 3-4 weeks, while treatments like microneedling or peels can last several months with proper maintenance.
Are There Any Side Effects or Risks?
While most beauty treatments are safe, side effects like redness, irritation, or swelling may occur. You must follow post-treatment care instructions to minimize risks.
How Much Does the Treatment Cost?
Prices vary depending on the type of treatment, the location, and the practitioner. It’s always a good idea to inquire about the cost during the consultation.
Can I Wear Makeup After the Treatment?
This depends on the treatment. After procedures like microneedling, it’s best to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours. For facials, you can typically wear makeup afterwards, but it’s better to let your skin breathe for a few hours if possible.
What Are the Aftercare Instructions?
Aftercare instructions will vary depending on the treatment. For example, after a chemical peel, you may need to avoid sun exposure and certain skincare products, while after a lash lift, you should avoid water and steam for 24 hours.
How Long Will the Treatment Take?
The duration depends on the treatment. For example, a lash lift may take about 45 minutes, while a facial typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
Can I Combine Treatments?
Yes, in many cases, treatments can be combined (e.g., a facial with a brow wax or lash lift). However, some treatments require time between them for optimal results, so it’s best to consult with the practitioner.
Is There a Risk of Scarring or Long-Term Damage?
Most beauty treatments are safe and do not cause scarring if performed correctly. However, some treatments (like microneedling or chemical peels) may have a slight risk of scarring if not properly done or after improper aftercare.
How Often Should I Get This Treatment?
Treatment frequency varies. For example, facials are typically recommended every 4-6 weeks, while waxing can be done every 3-4 weeks.
Do I Require Patch Tests for Chemical Treatments?
Patch tests are required if you have not previously been treated at our salon.
Do You Accept Cash Payments?
Yes, we do.
Can Lash Lift Treatments Damage My Eyelashes?
No, if the treatment is carried out with the correct technique and the correct amount of time is left in between treatments. If the treatment is repeated too soon, the lifting chemical can burn fine hair types.
Will Hot Wax Burn My Skin, and Will the Treatment Hurt?
Sensitive skin types may experience some discomfort, but it shouldn’t be too intense for most people. There will be less sensitivity from waxing after regular repeated treatments.
Do You Sell Beauty Products?
Unfortunately, we no longer sell products because we cannot compete with the cheaper prices of online retailers.
Can Facial Treatments Give My Skin a Breakout of Blemishes and Spots?
Yes, this is possible depending on your skin type and treatment. However, this is normal and should settle down after a few weeks.

Will I Get More Greys If I Pluck the Greys Out?

If I Brush My Hair When Wet, Will It Break?

My Hair Is Snapping, and I Don’t Know Why – How Can I Prevent This?
