Our partners, AV Aesthetics, specialise in aesthetic treatments. There are different levels or intensities of treatment, depending on your skin type, age, and goals. We recommend 4 to 6 treatments per year, depending on your plan.
We also offer treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, and microneedling, which can target specific concerns such as hyperpigmentation, acne scars, and fine lines. For instance, we offer microneedling and facial treatments designed to stimulate collagen and reduce fine lines. For ageing concerns, we’d recommend a customized approach using microneedling combined with hydrating facials for optimal results based on your skin type.
We always complete a client history form before administering any treatments, to evaluate and see if you have any skin or health conditions. This helps us to customise treatments to suit your individual skin needs, which may differ from client to client due to factors such as acne, ageing, or sensitivity.
For optimal results, the frequency of treatments will vary depending on the service. We usually recommend:
Facials
Every 4 – 6 Weeks
Lash Lifts
Every 6 – 8 Weeks
Waxing
Every 3 – 4 Weeks

About Skin Conditions

Certain treatments, such as facials or peels, may have different levels of intensity depending on your skin’s condition. For example, we might choose a gentle facial for sensitive skin or a deeper exfoliation for ageing skin.
Please note that some facials will not be suitable for those with active infections, open wounds, or severe skin conditions such as eczema or rosacea. You must discuss any conditions with our staff before proceeding with treatments.

Results

Results vary depending on the treatment, but for facials, you can expect smoother, more hydrated skin, while microneedling and peels can help reduce fine lines and scars. For waxing, you’ll have smooth, hair-free skin for several weeks.
Typically, facial treatments may require 3 or 4 sessions for noticeable results, and microneedling or peels might need 4 or 6 sessions, spaced apart, for optimal outcomes.
Some treatments like microneedling or peels may cause mild redness or irritation immediately after the treatment. However, the downtime is usually minimal, and any redness should subside within a few hours to a day.
Lash lifts differ from eyelash extensions as they enhance the natural lashes without adding extensions. Similarly, microneedling targets deeper layers of the skin than a regular facial to promote collagen production.
Results from facials typically last for about 3 to 4 weeks, while microneedling and peels can offer longer-lasting effects (3 to 6 months). Maintenance will depend on your skin concerns but is generally recommended every 4 to 6 weeks for facials or 3 to 4 months for more intensive treatments such as microneedling.

  • You must avoid sun exposure post-treatment, especially after peels or microneedling.
  • We don’t offer makeup services, but we are trained in makeup and can provide tips and techniques to help you achieve a great look for any event.
